Chris Fry - Partner

Chris has over 20 years marketing and communications experience working at the sharp end of customer aquisition and retention in fast-moving consumer, service and entertainment brands.

Chris was the Director of Marketing at Telewest Broadband, launching their new brand throughout the organisation from defining the overall position and ambition, to delivering identity and internal culture change programmes. He then set up the marketing and direct response programmes at Telewest which were responsible for generating up to one million inbound consumer sales calls each month.

Also at Telewest he developed major new brands such as BlueYonder high-speed internet, Talk and Surf Unlimited fixed payment call and internet schemes, and launched digital cable TV and internet into the UK.

Chris has wide-ranging marketing experience covering brand positioning and product development, customer targeting and segmentation, CRM and brand through people culture change programmes. He has handled many agency search and selection assignments at Agency Insight both in the digital and CRM arenas. He also acts as a strategic marketing advisor to The Royal Marsden Hospital.

Chris is a Sloan Fellow (MSc in Management) from London Business School and has a BA in Geography from the University of Wales, Swansea. His passions include trying foolhardy feats whilst mountain biking, swimming and gardening in the short time he has available between entertaining and corralling three children.
