Agency Insight handled the OJEU process for Tourism Ireland in order to appoint a new creative and media agency in May 2011

Objective

Follow the strict OJEU guidelines and run a concurrent pitch for both the creative and media business.

Process

Agency Insight was involved in the evaluation of all tender submissions, pitches and fee proposals. Throughout the process we helped the client assess and develop the work and strategies put forward by competing agencies.

Outcome

In May 2011 Publicis was appointed as the new creative agency, and Carat as the new media agency.
