Royal Marsden: Ongoing Marketing Support

Objective
To reinvigorate the Royal Marsden brand to new health care market conditions and deliver significant new donation revenues through Cancer Campaign fundraising.
Process
Two large scale campaigns delivered - "an ordinary day in an extraordinary place" (RMH staff talking about the extraordinary difference made to peoples' lives every day), and "Our Plan" to raise £15million to build Europe's leading Children and Teenage Cancer Centre.
Outcome
An integrated campaign for "ordinary day" created - raised £32m and an ROI of 14:1 over 2 years. Campaign for "Our Plan" to launch in March 2009.
