Identify a digital agency model that ensures a brand integrated, consumer driven and cost efficient framework for the future.

Process

Firstly, we carried out an industry audit to identify best-in-class models. We then managed a two-stage process to identify and facilitate agency selection and we handled all briefing and scoring materials.
