Objective
Help Channel 4 understand the impact their research has on both advertisers and their advisors on actual sales.
Process
Agency Insight conducted interviews with Channel 4 salespeople, agencies and media experts in the client community. Our desk reseach evaluated the outputs from Channel 4 in-house and commissioned research.
Outcome
Agency Insight produced a coherent and informative picture of how research informs the decision to place the channel on a media schedule and at what level. Channel 4 fundamentally altered its sales approach and how research is used.
